I had the pleasure of getting one of the best Technician / Installers I’ve had from any company. Our tech, Adam Zola,... was fantastic, with a work ethic that is so rare to find these days. You could tell just by talking to him that he enjoys his craft, and he expressed it is a rewarding line of work to help people feel safe and secure in their own homes. That said, his installation was efficient, clean and professional. His personality was contagious, trustworthy, and outgoing. He took his time explaining the equipment, how it would benefit us and fit our specific needs, as we have 4 children and are always concerned for their safety in and around our home. He made genuine recommendations on where to place cameras, which sensors would be best, and how to configure the system to not be excessively tripped by our 2 cats. I am extremely unhappy with my installations. At the first installation, the technician convinced me to have the panel... installed in my hallway and plugged in an outlet below, where my Autistic toddler was able to access it and disconnected the wires from the a/c adapter, which was too big for any child protective cover to fit over. When I had new windows installed, I had to pay another 90 dollars to have a technician come out literally just to apply new 3m tape to the sensors and re-adhere them to my new windows, which took about 5 minutes. Then I had to pay another 90 dollars when my child pulled the wires out of the a/c adapter, and the technician that was sent out placed the panel about 3 feet from the floor and against a corner on the wall I suggested. Apparently he could not place it in the center because of a stud, but he didn’t tell me it was going to be in the most awkward (not to mention in reach of my child!!!) and nonfunctional (the camera would take photos of someone’s midsection if they tried to enter a code) place imaginable, and made no suggestions of other locations that would make more sense. This is all on top of the $65 a month I pay them, and the outrageous out-of-pocket price for all of their equipment. I am strongly considering going with a different company altogether, even thought I’m already thousands of dollars deep in their pockets at this point.Oh, and their knockoff of the ring doorbell is a joke. It rarely works. It take 5 minutes to load when the doorbell is rang, so by the time it pulls up on my phone, whomever it was is gone.RUN AWAYread more

Peter communicated quickly and as a veteran I felt appreciated and that was something we had in common. He helped us with placement of our cameras and advised us well when it came to products. James Warren was incredibly knowledgeable of the products and systems, he definitely impressed us. Expertly installed... the items he recommended for the size and layout of our home. Was able to explain how the system worked and demonstrated how to navigate the app and control panel. Wasn’t sure how this process was going to work but James and ADT far exceeded our expectations. Oh my goodness! The best technician, Daniel Elliott, helped us with our new ADT installation. He explained what he was... doing, how long it would take, and what to expect. When he was done, I was embarrassed to ask him to repeat how to do one part, but he was so kind and unbothered by it. Safe Haven is a great way to get your ADT installed. I called ADT when we first so we into our new home. We live in Nashville and our sales repSteve was great!! On day... one, the manager Josh Birdwell came out and explained to me in full detail the package I chose. With his knowledge and expertise on the entire ADT system, we then came up with additional options for my needs. Day one Josh installed the basics, door alarms, co2 sensors, monitors ext.. Day two of the install was the big day! Josh had brought over John Spear, John and Josh then began to install all 12 of my surveillance cameras and the rest of the equipment for my home. The workmanship of John and Josh are second to none! They installed all the equipment and made it look as if the my house came with it from when it was built. These guys are by far the best in the business! Polite, knowledgeable, professional, and the work they do is impeccable. Being very particular in contractors and finish work. We had Michael install our smart home system and he did a great job. He took the time to explain the system and show us... how to use it. A couple weeks later we had to get a new router and WiFi tower. So then our smart home system wouldn't connect. Lawrence came and got everything connected and showed us a more detailed explanation of the system. He was awesome. Both Michael and Lawrence did a great job and were friendly and informative. I could not be more pleased with the installation services I received from John Ryan Goodwin with Safe Haven! Ryan was... both professional and personable. He was very patient with all of my questions and paced the installation process in a way that allowed me to be comfortable at every step. At one point we hit a challenge due to a special wall treatment in the area he needed to work. Most people would have given up or have just insisted on doing it the easiest way, but Ryan was able to think outside of the box. As a result, the installation turned out beautifully! I recently had an ADT alarm system installed into my home by Safe Haven Security(a third party dealer). My tech, Ronald... Andersen, was amazing! He showed up on time and wore a mask in accordance with CDC guidelines. Ronald Andersen was professional, friendly, polite and efficient. Unlike most techs and salesmen, he didn't attempt to sell me items that I didn't need and very clearly explained each items purpose. He also made sure I understood the pricing and contract details. I have had the experience of working with Dan Elliott in starting the security setup for my home. He was very... professional and personable (a nice combination). I liked that he came prepared with all the necessary equipment and knowledge on the latest crime stats/trends. I appreciated the fact that not only did he provide recommendations, he also took my thoughts and ideas under consideration and explained the pros and cons. It was clear to see that he truly enjoys his work and wanted to make sure that my setup was going to fit my needs and lifestyle. Regarding the products themselves...so far I am loving them. The sales rep Dave was super nice and very helpful. He wasn’t pushy at all, and was patient with me asking 200... questions and going back and forth on my decisions about what equipment I wanted. After agreeing to terms and signing a contract, the tech installer was here the next day. Mathew Alonzo was super clean with his work, also super nice, and went over our equipment offering even more advise and options to consider. Great service! High degree of security with this system and active monitoring. Of course we were sold on the extra... goodies, but we’ll worth the piece of mind.Our kit includes: a panel, doorbell cam, security camera, smart switch, a dimming smart outlet, and an Echo Dot.Rob Anderson was our technician and explained the features in great detail, including setting up the Echo Dot, the panel, and full control of all the equipment via the app. He also offered to come back out to install more switches free of charge if we end buying a few more - great guy!5/5 stars and then some! Scott Trudel was the technician who came out to do our install. Originally he came and gave me the run down and I felt... my wife should be here as well and he was totally fine with coming back and rescheduling for a time that work for both of us and understood the importance of both of us being there. He came back and was so knowledgeable about the system and all electronics for that matter! I’m not very tech smart but he was able to explain things in a way that anyone would understand and wanted us to understand everything that was happening. After making the decisions of what we wanted in a system and locations of panels/cameras Scott made the process go so easy. He worked extremely hard and we appreciate all the hiding of wires and how clean everything looks! He answered every and any question we may had and was even able to hook our already installed door locks to our security system. The final walk through and explaining of the system went by super easy and he made it very easy to understand how to work the system. He helped us set up the app on our phones and showed us all the different ways we could customer the system to how we would like. You can tell he’s been doing this for a long time and he knows exactly what he’s talking about. We can’t thank Scott enough for all the advice on what our system should look like and even some nice new homeowner advice! My wife and I were extremely pleased with everything he did and can’t be more thankful for him making this such an easy process and helping us feel safe in our new home.read more
