7/11/2016 - The entire team took care of me and made sure i stayed informed every step of the way. the only bad thing, and this is minor, i had to repeat myself every time i spoke to another agent assisting me, regarding rates, what i was waiting on and auto-deductions. other than that, flawless victory no doubt.
