Freddie Mac Honors Freedom Mortgage for Superior Loan Servicing for 6th Straight Year

Boca Raton, FL – March 7, 2022 – Freedom Mortgage, one of the largest full-service independent mortgage companies and the top VA and FHA (government-insured) lender, announced it was honored with a 2021 Freddie Mac Servicer Honors and Rewards Program (SHARP)^SM Award for the sixth straight year. SHARP recognizes servicers for superior portfolio performance, outstanding customer service to borrowers, and for positive efforts to cure delinquencies.

Freddie Mac measures servicer performance through specific servicing metrics, benchmarks and requirements. Freedom Mortgage won a level Silver Award for Group 2. Awards are determined by a rank within a group, which are determined by portfolio size.
