Account Login Problems
- Check your email address and password. Mistyping an email address or password is a common cause of login problems. Double-check that you’ve entered your account credentials correctly. Also, ensure that your Caps Lock key is not on.
- Check that your password manager is up to date. If you use a password manager, make sure it has your current email address and password, especially if you’ve recently updated your credentials.
- Check your two-factor authentication. Make sure you’ve entered the correct authentication code. Make sure that your authentication code has not expired and request a new one if necessary.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies. Old cookies can cause problems with account logins and sessions. Clear your browser of cookies for the Freedom Mortgage site or clear all cookies from your browser. You can also try using private or incognito mode to log in to your account.
- Disable ad blockers and browser extensions. These can interfere with account logins. Try disabling ad blockers and browser extensions. You can also try using a different browser to log in to your account.
