What are your options at the end of your forbearance plan?
Your Forbearance Plan is only a temporary suspension of payments. Near the end of your Forbearance Plan we will work with you to help you determine the best program available to help you catch up on your mortgage payments.
The programs available to you may vary based on your circumstances and the type of loan you have. The type of loan you have will depend on whether your loan is invested or insured by Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, or USDA. Freedom Mortgage services loans on behalf of these federally backed agencies.
Use this form to determine the investor or insurer of your loan. You will need your loan number, which you can find on your statement or by logging into your account.
Once you have your loan number, enter it along with the last four digits of your Social Security Number, and click “submit.”
The results will show the investor or insurer of your loan, which will help you determine your loan type, and the programs available to you.
